Customer Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to create your account and you must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. 

Orders and Shipping

Please ensure your order details are accurate as we are unable to amend your order once it is placed.

Pre-Order/On the way stock details:
All pre-orders required deposit upon confirmation. Once item is ready in Malaysia to ship to you, we will request final balance. Any cancellation, deposit will only be return 25% of it.

If there is no stock available on hands or at the store, we will refund the money.

Ready stock in Malaysia details:
All ready stock merchandise will require full payment. We will mail the next business day after payment is made.

Delivery may take up to 7 days. 

The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. We (MKNY Authentic) will NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE if anything happens during the delivery process. Once the parcel has been passed to the courier partner, we will no longer have power over the parcel. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The information on this Site is believed to be complete and reliable; however, the information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. Errors will be corrected as soon as practicable. We reserve the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, product labeling or packaging, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped or received). We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged) and to revise, suspend or terminate an event, promotion at any time without notice. The inclusion of any products or services on this Site at a particular time does not guarantee that the products or services will be available.
